Full-time Kitchen Porter

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Inspire on a full‑time basis (35 hours per week). You will play a vital part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly, supporting chefs and ensuring a clean, safe environment for food preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist in the rapid preparation of fresh food during busy service periods.
• Ensure chefs have all necessary equipment, utensils and ingredients to produce dishes.
• Prepare blended drinks and serve high‑quality food to customers.
• Adhere to food handling, hygiene and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I positively and uphold brand standards.
