Full-Time Retail Intern – Luxury Boutique

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a motivated Retail Intern to join the New Bond Street boutique for a six‑month, full‑time placement. You will receive hands‑on coaching in stock handling, customer service, product knowledge and administration while working alongside experienced luxury retail professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver consistent, professional service.
• Support visual merchandising, housekeeping and Dior standards on the sales floor.
• Assist with back‑of‑house tasks such as garment protection, stockroom housekeeping and security tagging.
• Ensure stock is safe, secure and properly organized.
• Collaborate with stock and sales teams and perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in stock, sales or administration, preferably in a luxury environment (not mandatory).
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team‑player with good time‑management, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Desire to develop a career in luxury retail.
