About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic full-time Sales Assistants to join our Portsmouth store. Working 37.5 hours per week, you will be the front-line ambassador, helping customers enjoy a premium shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Provide expert product knowledge, suggest complementary items and create complete looks.
- Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing shop floor.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets and deliver excellent service.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer enquiries and issues, ensuring satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with product ranges and trends.
Required profile
- Outgoing, approachable and confident when engaging with customers.
- Organised with a can-do attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, Monday‑Sunday.
- Positive mindset and ability to work well within a team.
