Full-Time Sales Assistant – Retail

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Footasylum store in Leeds. Working rotating shifts across the week, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the latest streetwear and footwear while delivering a premium in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Style complete looks for customers, combining footwear, apparel, accessories and care products.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, including new releases, fabrics and technology.
• Support launch days, drops and in‑store events to generate excitement.
• Drive sales by meeting KPIs, building basket size and contributing to team targets.
• Uphold visual standards, manage stock and keep the store clean and welcoming.

• Friendly, confident and approachable with a natural ability to start conversations.
• Passionate about trainers, streetwear and retail culture, eager to learn.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player with a growth mindset, open to feedback and development.
