Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

Join an early‑stage AI startup that delivers fully automated business outcomes for clients ranging from fast‑growing startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. As a Fullstack Software Engineer you will work on‑site in Piccadilly, London, building core systems that directly generate revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical problems, from scoping to deployment, creating foundational systems used by real customers from day one.
• Design and scale custom calling and dialer infrastructure that powers autonomous AI agents.
• Develop high‑throughput AI inbound SDR workflows capable of handling thousands of callbacks and converting them into scheduled meetings.
• Build closed‑loop intelligence layers that produce real‑time insights, customized proposals, and targeting signals for campaigns.
• Engineer high‑scale data pipelines for prospecting, including web scraping, AI‑driven qualification, and optimized list‑logic.
• Optimize the tech stack using TypeScript, React, Next.js, AWS, OpenSearch, Trigger.dev, ClickHouse, and Datadog.

Required profile

• Proven software engineering experience at a top‑tier tech organization (e.g., FAANG, Stripe, Shopify, Datadog) or equivalent.
• Background in fast‑growing startups (<20 people) with a track record of shipping high‑impact code.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience for mid‑level candidates or 6 years for senior candidates.
• Strong computer‑science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and performance trade‑offs.
