About the role

Join the Costa Coffee team in Stoke‑on‑Trent as a full‑time Barista. You will be at the heart of the store, preparing high‑quality coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages quickly and accurately.
• Engage with customers, remembering regulars by name and ensuring a friendly experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and health‑and‑safety standards throughout the store.
• Learn and promote the full range of Costa products, including food and non‑coffee drinks.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the store running smoothly during busy periods.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for coffee and a passion for delivering great customer service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a fun work environment.
