Full‑Time Cycling Sport Advisor – Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Cycling Sport Advisor to join our store team. You will combine your passion for cycling with hands‑on retail work, helping customers both in‑store and online to find the right equipment and enjoy sport.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert product advice and technical support for cycling gear, drawing on personal sport experience and Decathlon training.
• Assist customers across all channels – in the shop, via phone or online – ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Manage stock levels, pricing and visual merchandising for the cycling department, keeping shelves organised and attractive.
• Collaborate with fellow sales assistants, sharing knowledge, celebrating successes and covering busy periods such as weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• A genuine enthusiasm for sport, especially cycling.
• People‑oriented, willing to go the extra mile for customers.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team during peak times.
