About the role

Join the bustling kitchen team at Wagamama as a full‑time Kitchen Porter. You will play a vital part in keeping the back‑of‑house environment clean, organised and ready for service, allowing chefs to focus on creating bold, fresh dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a sparkling clean kitchen, including floors, surfaces and workstations.
• Wash pots, pans, utensils and equipment promptly to support continuous cooking.
• Restock cleaning supplies and alert supervisors when stock runs low.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Follow health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Required profile

• Genuine enthusiasm for fresh food and a clean, organised workspace.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
