About the role
We are looking for a passionate Lifeguard to join our Cambridge club. You will be the front‑line guardian of pool safety, ensuring members enjoy a safe and pleasant swimming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the pool area at all times to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
- Carry out health‑and‑safety checks and ensure compliance with club policies.
- Perform regular pool water quality tests according to company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of tests, incidents and safety documentation.
- Assist members with queries and promote a welcoming environment.
Required profile
- Valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
- Strong passion for health, fitness and water safety.
- Excellent communication, active listening and teamwork skills.
