About the role
Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a Lifeguard at our Ellesmere Port club. You will be the first line of safety for our members, ensuring a secure and enjoyable pool environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor poolside activities and intervene promptly to maintain safety.
- Conduct required pool water tests and record results according to company guidelines.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are met and documentation is kept up to date.
- Assist members with a friendly, professional attitude to enhance their experience.
Required profile
- Hold a valid NPLQ qualification.
- Passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
- Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset, willing to share knowledge and best practice.
