Full‑Time Multi‑Skilled Team Member – Hospitality

About the role

As a Full‑Time Multi‑Skilled Team Member you will be the face of the hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring a seamless stay from arrival to departure. You will work across reception and food‑and‑beverage areas, adapting to occupancy levels and delivering the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage the reception desk and process check‑in/check‑out.
• Act as a single point of contact for guests throughout their stay, handling enquiries and feedback.
• Promote and enrol guests in the Accor loyalty programme.
• Provide bar and restaurant service: take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Set up, break down and maintain dining areas for everyday service and events.
• Assist with buffet preparation, replenishment and clean‑up.
• Flexibly switch between front‑of‑house and F&B duties based on hotel occupancy.

Required profile

• Friendly, proactive and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK with a valid work visa.

Required skills

• Reception desk and check‑in/out procedures.
• Bar and restaurant service, including order taking and food safety compliance.
• Buffet setup, replenishment and area maintenance.
