Full‑time Phlebotomist – Clinical Clinic

About the role

Randox Health is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join its on‑site clinic located within the John Lewis store in Cheadle. You will be the first point of contact for private and corporate clients, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from arrival to sample collection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection.
• Take personal health measurements and accurately record results in the Patient Information System (PIS).
• Communicate clearly with clients to obtain informed consent and explain procedures.
• Maintain precise, up‑to‑date client records in line with Care Quality Commission guidelines.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including Hepatitis B vaccination requirements.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the UK for at least 12 months from the application date.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
• Ability to work a 40‑hour week with variable shifts (Monday‑Friday 9 am‑8 pm, Saturday 9 am‑7 pm, Sunday 10:30 am‑5 pm).
• No visa sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Phlebotomy – proficient in drawing blood and collecting urine samples.
• Data entry – accurate input of clinical data into electronic systems.
• Use of patient information systems (PIS) for record keeping.
