Full‑time Retail Educator (Customer Experience)

About the role

The Educator is the cornerstone of the guest experience in lululemon stores. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and ensure every interaction reflects our inclusive and performance‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to deliver a seamless, time‑respectful experience.
• Assess guest needs and provide tailored purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting value and benefits.
• Execute omnichannel programs such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store, phone sales, and ship‑from‑store.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking, organizing, and cleaning the floor.
• Use in‑store technology to support transactions and operational tasks.
• Collect guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
