Fund Accounting Group Manager – Senior Vice President

About the role

Citi is seeking a senior leader to drive transformation within its Global Middle Office Operations. Reporting to the Global Head of Middle Office Operations, the Fund Accounting Group Manager SVP will oversee the design and implementation of new technology platforms and an enhanced operating model that support asset managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex programs, ensuring planning, control, and execution against milestones and budgets.
• Manage and develop a team of project and program management professionals, fostering continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across operations, technology, and business units.
• Align project work with Citi’s strategic objectives and ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination, escalating insights to senior management and resolving issues that extend beyond project scope.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in investment operations, including trade management and Investment Book of Records (IBOR) processes.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation initiatives in a financial services environment.
• Strong program management expertise, including policy formulation, planning, and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
