Funds Transfer Pricing Specialist

About the role

The Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Specialist will join the Treasury team in London, supporting the development and optimisation of the bank’s global FTP framework. This senior position reports at Vice President level and works closely with front‑office, finance and ESG stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of the Funds Transfer Pricing methodology, ensuring alignment with business strategy, balance‑sheet steering objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert on FTP, providing technical expertise, challenge and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Drive FTP initiatives and methodology changes from design through implementation across the global bank.
• Monitor FTP performance through management information and analytics, identifying opportunities to improve the methodology.

Required profile

• Corporate title Vice President within Treasury or a comparable senior level.
• Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining a global Funds Transfer Pricing framework.
• Understanding of Sustainable Instruments Framework and ESG strategy implementation.
