Key responsibilities

• Select and merchandise high‑quality plants from trusted growers.
• Lead, coach and develop a small, enthusiastic team.
• Maintain exceptional standards of plant care, health and presentation.
• Provide knowledgeable, inspiring customer service.
• Plan seasonal stock, manage inventory and drive commercial performance.
