Gas Engineer (Boiler Installations)

About the role

Golding Homes is seeking two Gas Engineers specialised in boiler installations to join its repairs team. You will work across Maidstone and surrounding areas, ensuring heating systems are safe, compliant and meet high customer‑service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out boiler replacements, both like‑for‑like and system conversions, on occupied and unoccupied properties.
• Ensure all heating systems comply with current legislation and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout each installation and repair.
• Travel between properties, adapting to a varied weekly schedule.

Required profile

• Completed recognised apprenticeship or equivalent (minimum NVQ Level II) and/or City & Guilds Certificate.
• Current Gas Safe certification and relevant ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1).
• At least 5 years experience in gas boiler repairs, servicing and installations.
• Strong background in property/building repairs and ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to undergo a DBS check.
