About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to perform boiler services from domestic to commercial sizes, respond to boiler and plant breakdowns, and address heating and hot‑water issues such as radiators and taps.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out boiler servicing and gas tightness testing.
- Diagnose and repair breakdowns on boilers, pumps, pressurisation units and related plant.
- Prepare and submit gas compliance paperwork within required timeframes.
- Maintain accurate daily timesheets and update quoted jobs.
- Order parts for reactive calls and ensure timely completion of service requests.
Required profile
- Relevant apprenticeship in the gas sector.
- Commercial or domestic gas tickets (e.g., CCN1, CDGA1, CENWAT, CIGA1, CORT1, CPA1, HTR1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A).
- Ability to work on both domestic and commercial boiler systems.
