Gas Repairs Supervisor (London)

About the role

We are seeking a Gas Repairs Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in Maida Vale, London. You will drive excellent service standards, manage resources and ensure project objectives are met within time, cost and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a gas repairs team on defined projects or work streams.
• Assess resource requirements and support day‑to‑day activity planning.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, time, cost and budget targets.
• Hold regular review meetings, coach, mentor and motivate staff.
• Identify development needs and manage training plans.
• Resolve customer complaints, inform management and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role with extensive service, installation and breakdown work.
• Hold a CSCS Card Gold (or be working towards it).
• Hold a Gas Safe registration.
• Hold MET1 qualification.
• Hold CMDDA1 qualification.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Ability to work from the main office in Maida Vale.
