Gateman / Labourer – Temporary 3‑Week Role

About the role
This is a short‑term, three‑week position supporting a commercial refurbishment project in Crawley. The role involves managing the site gate, handling visitors and deliveries, and carrying out basic labour tasks while keeping the area tidy.
Key responsibilities
- Sign in and out site visitors and contractors.
- Manage deliveries and control access at the gate.
- Bank vehicles on site and act as a traffic marshal when required.
- Perform general labour duties and maintain a clean gate area.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS card.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) available.
- Banksman or Traffic Marshal qualification.
- Previous experience as a gateperson or similar role.
- Manual handling certificate (desirable but not essential).
Required skills
What we offer
- Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am‑5:30 pm schedule.
- Fixed‑term contract for three weeks.
- Hourly rate of £16.85.
