About the role
FindTutors is seeking motivated GCSE Subject Coaches to deliver personalised online tutoring sessions. You will help students improve their academic performance, study habits and confidence across GCSE subjects while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support students in their GCSE subjects through tailored online sessions.
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement and create structured learning plans.
- Provide study techniques, resources and academic guidance.
- Monitor progress, adapt learning plans and motivate students.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of one or more GCSE subjects.
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
- No prior teaching experience required; a training mindset is valued.
