General Assembler – HVAC Air Curtains

About the role

Our client, a well‑established engineering firm in the HVAC sector, is seeking a General Assembler to join their production team in High Wycombe. You will be responsible for building high‑quality air curtains, working a standard 40‑hour week with an early finish on Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Mechanically and electrically assemble air curtains using hand and air tools.
• Test, inspect and certify finished products.
• Report quality issues and perform remedial work as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Health & Safety procedures.
• Provide support to other production areas when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic electrical assembly.
• Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ (desirable).
• FLT licence is advantageous.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team.
