General Assistant (Catering) – Full‑time, Mon‑Fri

About the role

Fooditude is looking for a General Assistant to support its catering team in a central London workplace restaurant. You will help deliver smooth breakfast and lunch service, keep stations stocked, and handle deliveries, working Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am‑3 pm with occasional evening cover.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with breakfast and lunch service to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
• Replenish food items, tea and coffee stations throughout the shift.
• Receive, organise and store deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in all catering areas.
• Perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting, as required.
• Provide occasional support for afternoon/evening shifts when needed.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience working with food in a fast‑pace environment.
• Passion for food and beverage service.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, approachable and a strong team player.
• Ability to perform physical work and heavy lifting.
