About the role

We are seeking experienced General Builders / Multi Traders to join a well‑established construction team covering Surrey. This self‑employed CIS position provides a full diary of residential jobs, giving you the stability of regular work while retaining the flexibility of contracting.

Key responsibilities

Carry out general building and plumbing repairs across occupied residential properties.
Deliver high‑quality workmanship with minimal supervision.
Provide professional service inside customers' homes.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Travel between sites across Surrey, with fuel costs covered.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years' experience in plumbing.
Minimum 5 years' experience in general building.
CIS registered (UTR number required).
Full UK driving licence.
Own van and tools.
Based in Surrey and able to start immediately.
