General Factory Operator – Wisbech

About the role
The General Factory Operator will join the manufacturing team at Princes' Wisbech site. This onsite position supports the production of a wide range of food and drink products that are responsibly sourced and enjoyed by consumers daily. Working within a large, international organisation, the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining the high standards of quality and safety that define the Princes brand.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day production activities on the factory floor.
- Operate and monitor equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Follow health, safety and quality guidelines at all times.
Required profile
- Reliability and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
