General Labourer – Construction Site (Bristol)

About the role
Acorn by Synergie is seeking experienced general labourers for a commercial new‑build project in Bristol. The role is full‑time, on‑site and offers the chance to work with a reputable construction contractor on an ongoing basis.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general labouring tasks and maintain the construction site.
- Carry out soft‑strip removal and demolition‑related work.
- Clean the site, manage waste removal and keep the area tidy.
- Unload deliveries and handle materials safely.
- Complete health‑ and‑safety duties as required.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full personal protective equipment (hard hat, high‑visibility clothing, steel‑toe boots).
- Previous experience in a labouring role.
- Reliable work ethic and ability to start at 07:30 am.
Required skills
What we offer
- £12.71 per hour on PAYE or £16.85 per hour on an umbrella arrangement.
- Ongoing work on a commercial new‑build project.
- Support from the Acorn by Synergie recruitment team throughout the assignment.
