General Labourer – Immediate Start, CSCS Card Provided

About the role

We are seeking reliable General Labourers for immediate start in the Newton Aycliffe area. The role offers hands‑on experience on construction and landscaping sites, with full support to obtain a CSCS Card. No prior experience is required – training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clear sites for construction and landscaping projects.
• Clear debris, maintain site cleanliness and ensure a safe working environment.
• Set up safety barriers and identify potential hazards.
• Load, unload, lift and distribute materials around the site.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Support site teams with general labouring duties as directed.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors.
• Good teamwork skills and awareness of productivity targets.
• Flexible, adaptable and reliable with punctuality.
