General Labourer – PM Shift (Manufacturing)

About the role
We are looking for reliable General Labourers to join a fast‑growing foam and fibre filling manufacturer in Oldham. The role works the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, supporting the production of mattresses, seating and specialist foam products.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and feed raw materials into the process.
- Manufacture foam‑based items to required quality standards.
- Pack finished products and prepare them for dispatch.
- Assist with loading and preparing goods for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organised work area and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (essential).
- Experience in the foam industry is an advantage.
- Physically fit, able to handle manual lifting and heavy items.
- Reliable, hardworking, punctual with a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills and able to work well within a team.

- £12.71 per hour, temp‑to‑perm opportunity.
- Stable Monday‑to‑Friday shift (14:00‑22:00).
