General Manager – Catford Gym

About the role

The Gym Group is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead its Catford location. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience while driving the gym’s commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals, setting high standards for service and engagement.
• Own the gym’s P&L, monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximise profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards on a daily basis.
• Maintain a visible presence on the gym floor, supporting staff and members directly.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement plans to exceed member expectations.
• Share best practices with peer managers and contribute to regional initiatives.
