General Manager – Corporate Hospitality (Central London)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised General Manager to lead a luxurious 5‑star corporate hospitality facility in Central London. You will be responsible for delivering award‑winning service, managing day‑to‑day operations, and creating memorable in‑house events for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a premium corporate building, ensuring 5‑star standards.
• Manage client services, from onboarding to off‑boarding, guaranteeing seamless experiences.
• Direct facilities management including maintenance, cleaning, security, contractors and Health & Safety compliance.
• Maintain the building’s brand image and supervise supplier and contractor relationships.
• Support front‑of‑house operations and uphold exceptional customer service.
• Conduct client viewings with the sales team and build rapport with prospective tenants.
• Plan and execute client events such as lunches, drinks receptions, themed gatherings and meetings.
• Lead, inspire and develop the on‑site team, or support an Assistant Manager as needed.
• Resolve operational issues quickly, empathetically and decisively.
• Perform regular building checks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Attend operational meetings and report performance to the Operations Director.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client‑facing, service‑led environments such as hospitality, real estate or facilities management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with a track record of motivating teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities at all business levels.
• Ambitious, proactive problem‑solver with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
