General Manager – Flagship Store, London

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our flagship store on Bond Street, London. This role will oversee day‑to‑day operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive commercial performance while preparing for future multi‑site expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Full accountability for the flagship site’s P&L, sales growth and profitability.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team to ensure outstanding service.
• Manage forecasting, labour planning, cost control and compliance with food safety standards.
• Analyse KPIs, implement action plans and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on new store openings, training new managers and building operational foundations for the UK business.

Required profile

• Proven General Manager experience in a high‑volume hospitality, QSR or grab‑and‑go environment.
• Strong P&L ownership with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing teams.
• Ability to forecast, plan labour and control costs.
• Knowledge of auditing, compliance and food safety standards.
• A hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced setting and aspires to progress into a multi‑site operations role.
