General Manager – Liverpool Gym

About the role

We are seeking an energetic General Manager to lead our Liverpool Great Homer Street gym. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding member experience while driving the commercial performance of the site.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the gym, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
• Manage the profit and loss statement, control costs and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of fitness and front‑desk staff, fostering a positive culture.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to exceed member expectations.
• Maintain health, safety and regulatory standards across the facility.

Required profile

• Passion for health, fitness and well‑being.
• Proven leadership ability with a hands‑on approach.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience handling P&L.
• Commitment to delivering excellent member service.
• Ability to work on the gym floor and engage with both staff and members.
