About the role
The successful candidate will own a multifaceted fitness and wellness operation in West London, driving growth, commercial performance and client experience for a leading luxury destination.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of day‑to‑day operations across fitness, spa, treatment, recovery and hospitality, ensuring exceptional standards and robust SOPs.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, set KPIs, manage budgets, forecasts and P&L, and drive revenue, utilisation and productivity improvements.
- Oversee spa and treatment services, monitor therapist productivity, and integrate spa experiences with the overall member journey.
- Ensure health & safety, compliance, facilities management and support future site expansions.
