General Manager – Multi‑Site (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Fora is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead two of its co‑working sites in London. You will own the full member experience, drive commercial performance and shape long‑term strategy while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop high‑performing teams across two locations.
• Own the end‑to‑end member journey, setting standards for service and experience.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, probations and team development.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration and growth.
• Take full responsibility for site P&L, budgets and EBITDA performance.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to support viewings, retention and commercial success.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Health & Safety to ensure safe, well‑maintained buildings.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Extensive people‑management experience in hospitality, retail or co‑working.
• Proven track record of managing performance, culture and complex environments.
• Strong financial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Exceptional customer‑service mindset and professional integrity.
