General Manager – Restaurant (Liverpool)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing, internationally recognised restaurant brand to find a General Manager for one of its Liverpool locations. You will own the restaurant’s performance, lead a large team and help drive the company’s UK expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L accountability for the restaurant.
• Lead, coach and develop a large management and team member population.
• Drive sales performance and maintain operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Create a positive culture that delivers strong team engagement and commercial results.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Required profile

• Current General Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
• Background in hospitality, restaurants, quick‑service or branded food retail.
• Strong commercial awareness with solid P&L management experience.
• Passionate about developing people and building high‑performing teams.
• Excellent operational and organisational skills.
