General Manager – Student Accommodation (Brighton)

About the role

Fresh is looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead the on‑site team at Promenade Student Living, a modern student accommodation development in the heart of Brighton. You will be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming environment while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the on‑site residents’ team, fostering collaboration and high service standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the building, including health and safety, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost‑effective delivery of services.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and senior management to align objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance resident experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a residential or student‑housing establishment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams under pressure.
