General Manager – UK Operations

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on General Manager to lead our UK business, supplying complete systems and component parts to dealers and installers across the UK. Based in the Home Counties, you will drive growth, mentor staff and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the UK team to meet revenue and profit targets (P&L ~£10 m turnover).
• Set sales objectives and strategies, motivating the sales force.
• Oversee leadership functions, coaching and performance management.
• Conduct market analysis to monitor competition and economic trends.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence across inventory, logistics and assembly teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling technical products and solutions.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Product‑oriented mindset with strong customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to mentor, challenge and support a diverse team.
• Strategic thinker comfortable with market analysis and growth planning.
