About the role

We are seeking a reliable General Operative to join a busy warehouse and production environment in Thatcham. This ongoing, full‑time position offers immediate start for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work and can contribute to a fast‑paced team.

Key responsibilities

  • Sand down items to prepare them for packaging.
  • Pack products efficiently and accurately.
  • Wrap boxes and apply shrink‑wrap to protect finished goods.
  • Assist with general operative tasks across the warehouse and production floor.

Required profile

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to engage in varied tasks.
  • Attention to detail to ensure products are correctly prepared.
  • Own transport for commuting to the site.
  • Reliability and ability to work independently within a team.

Required skills

  • Sanding of items.
  • Packing and box wrapping.
  • Shrink‑wrapping techniques.
