Generalist Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Resolver’s Intelligence team is seeking a Generalist Analyst who is fluent in Arabic and English to help protect children and vulnerable users online. You will use research, intelligence gathering and analysis to identify emerging risks and contribute to a safer internet.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive research on new online safety trends and risk areas.
• Work in content‑moderation queues, reviewing potentially graphic or distressing material.
• Produce concise, informative reports and hand‑over notes for global teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues worldwide, documenting meeting outcomes and project updates.
• Monitor social‑media platforms, especially those with live‑streaming features, for emerging threats.
• Participate in a weekend rotational shift schedule to ensure continuous coverage.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in online safety and intelligence analysis.
• Comfortable handling graphic or distressing content.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and inquisitive nature.
• Excellent written communication skills for report creation.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural, distributed teams.
• Flexibility and creativity to adapt to changing case requirements.

Required skills

• Fluent proficiency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
• Degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven research ability across various social‑media platforms.
• High attention to detail, critical thinking and report‑writing expertise.
• Effective prioritisation and deadline management.
