German Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Edinburgh office. You will help travel‑focused customers resolve queries across phone, email and live chat, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide clear, efficient and empathetic solutions to travel‑related issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Stay up to date with promotions, offers and company updates.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proactive, positive attitude and desire to succeed.
