German Inbound Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Inbound Sales Advisor to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce packaging business in Barnet. You will act as the first point of contact for DACH‑region clients, turning enquiries into profitable orders while supporting the end‑to‑end production‑to‑delivery cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with brands and agencies to understand packaging needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, guiding customers through product options.
• Coordinate with internal operations and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team bonuses.

Required profile

• Fluent German (spoken and written) with strong communication abilities.
• Commercially minded, goal‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and numerical aptitude.
• Proactive learner eager to master packaging products and market dynamics.

Required skills

• German language proficiency (C1/C2 level).
