German Sales Advisor – B2B Appointment Setter

About the role

We are a fast‑growing B2B sales company seeking a fluent German‑speaking Sales Advisor to expand our presence across the DACH region. The role is client‑facing, focusing on cold calling, lead generation and setting qualified appointments for our international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call German‑speaking B2B decision‑makers.
• Book qualified sales appointments and nurture leads across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Engage prospects via phone, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Present our services in a professional, consultative manner.
• Arrange and conduct discovery calls with interested prospects.
• Support onboarding and registration from initial contact to completion.
• Represent client brands confidently and work towards clear KPIs with uncapped earning potential.

Required profile

• Fluent or native‑level German (spoken & written) and fluent English.
• Minimum 12 months experience in B2B appointment setting, telesales or cold calling.
• Target‑driven, resilient and self‑motivated.
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic and comfort in a performance‑driven environment.
