About the role

Join a dynamic, travel‑focused team in Edinburgh as a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor. You will assist German‑speaking travellers with enquiries, providing friendly and efficient support across phone, chat and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in German and English.
• Resolve travel‑related queries, complaints and requests with empathy and accuracy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of promotions, policies and product offerings.
• Participate in team huddles, projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working to KPIs and targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated, adaptable and eager to develop professionally.
