German speaking Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Executive to join our client’s international team in Leighton Buzzard. The role involves providing B2B support to German‑based customers and sales representatives, handling orders and export activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, delivering effective solutions.
• Prepare and issue quotations for customers.
• Support the external sales team with necessary information and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support or a similar office‑based role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work under pressure.
• Proactive attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
