German Speaking Customer Services Executive

About the role

We are seeking a fluent German speaker to join our Bristol team as a Customer Services Executive. You will act as the primary point of contact for German‑speaking customers, ensuring a smooth journey from order placement through to delivery while supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to German‑speaking customers via email and telephone.
• Process orders, amendments, cancellations and returns, keeping the order book up‑to‑date.
• Liaise with sales, finance, logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee timely fulfilment.
• Resolve customer queries, support payment and credit‑control issues, and suggest alternative product solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems and assist with key‑account administration.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account management, order processing or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
