German/Hebrew Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑Hebrew Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team in Watford on a hybrid basis. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their queries are resolved and their experience continuously improves.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contact for German‑ and Hebrew‑speaking clients, answering questions, handling concerns and processing transactional sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, driving retention and growth of the existing client base.
• Monitor service, equipment and consumable contracts to guarantee compliance with terms, profitability and renewal timelines.
• Evaluate customers’ current service plans and propose suitable product recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal departments—including Service, Invoicing, Implementation, Contracts, Engineering, Credit & Collections—to deliver seamless service.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track recurring revenue trends and optimise the ordering process through the Partner Place platform.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proven experience in customer‑facing or account coordination roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests.
• Analytical mindset to monitor contracts, revenue trends and profitability.
