German‑Speaking Bid Writer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Bid Writer to join Enterprise Mobility’s remote team. The role involves creating high‑quality tender responses for UK and European opportunities, working closely with sales managers and subject‑matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse tender requirements and translate them into clear briefings for the bid team.
• Coordinate and track all tasks, assign actions to contributors and ensure deadlines are met.
• Write compelling, compliant responses, leveraging the company’s bid library and archive.
• Maintain accurate bid documentation and support the preparation of supporting materials.

Required profile

• Fluent German (written and spoken) with excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work from a quiet home office with a reliable wired internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download).
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
