German‑Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join Bosch Service Solutions on a temporary basis. You will work in Liverpool, providing high‑touch support to customers across multiple channels and helping them find the best services and memberships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all customer interactions promptly, friendly and professionally across phone, email and chat.
• Act as a trusted advisor, answering questions, solving problems and recommending suitable products.
• Promote memberships and upsell additional services where appropriate.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer data and highlight service‑related issues.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and escalate incidents as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a contact‑centre environment, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Fluent written and spoken German (C2) and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, Monday‑Sunday, 7 am‑5 pm.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a blended‑agent role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and comfortable using keyboard‑intensive applications.
