German‑Speaking Sales Support Coordinator (Hybrid, Milton Keynes)

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Sales Support Coordinator to join our client’s team in Milton Keynes. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days working from home, and requires a good level of English alongside German.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, respond to emails and manage chat sessions in line with service level targets.
• Provide product, programme, compensation and business information to customers.
• Assist with order processing, enrolments and setting up new customers.
• Deliver basic technical support for back‑office systems and escalate complex issues to IT support.
• Identify and report website issues, and keep management informed of call and email trends.
• Alert the Compliance Coordinator to potential compliance concerns and document all interactions according to SOPs.

Required profile

• Fluent in German with a good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive demeanour.
