Global Health & Safety Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Global Health & Safety Operations Manager to join AVEVA’s Workplace Experience team. The role will translate the global health and safety strategy into practical actions across our sites in the UK, ensuring consistent implementation and a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global health and safety strategy into actionable plans and processes for all sites.
• Collaborate with regional facilities teams and service partners to embed health and safety protocols into daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Develop and track KPIs related to health and safety outcomes, reporting regularly to leadership.
• Lead incident response, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with JLL H&S leadership to align actions and operations across the partnership model.
• Partner with internal teams, external vendors and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Support rollout of training programmes that promote a proactive safety culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a global health and safety role, preferably within facilities or workplace functions.
• Strong understanding of international H&S regulations and operational best practices.
• Experience working in a matrixed organisation and integrating global strategies locally.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent are preferred.

Required skills

• NEBOSH or IOSH certification (preferred).
